These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReRender website (https://rerenderai.com) (the "Service"), owned and operated by Stylefie, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
To access some features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to share your account information with others or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we find that it has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must not share your account or password with anyone.
You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any of its parts, including, but not limited to, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
All purchases made on or through the Service are final and non-refundable.
Images generated by the AI on the Service can be used for commercial purposes without any additional fees or royalties.
The Service, including the underlying AI models, software, algorithms, and all associated technology, and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content as defined below), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Stylefie, Inc. and its licensors. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain any ownership rights you may have in the original input (such as text prompts or uploaded images) you provide to the Service ("User Input"). However, by providing User Input, you grant Stylefie, Inc. the rights described in Section 7 (User-Generated Content).
As between you and Stylefie, Inc., you own the images generated by the Service ("Output") based on your User Input, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such Output, including for commercial purposes.
Stylefie, Inc. does not claim ownership of the Output you generate. However, you acknowledge that similar or identical Output may be generated for other users based on their User Input, and your rights are limited to the specific Output you generate.
You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the underlying Service technology (including the AI models and software), except as expressly allowed by these Terms or with the prior written consent of Stylefie, Inc. Your use of the Output is governed by these Terms, and your rights to the Output do not extend to the underlying Service technology. See Section 7 (User-Generated Content) for Stylefie, Inc.'s rights to use User Input and Output.
By using the Service and generating content (including, but not limited to, AI-generated images or "renders"), you grant Stylefie, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such content in any and all media, formats, and channels now known or hereafter devised, without any further notice or compensation to you. This includes, but is not limited to, using the content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the foregoing rights to Stylefie, Inc.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information, software, or other material available on or through the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Stylefie, Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stylefie, Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stylefie, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a notice on the Service when we make material changes to the Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
Stylefie Inc. uses third-party cloud vendors for data storage and processing. While we take precautions, Stylefie, Inc. is not responsible for data breaches, losses, or wrongful disclosures caused by these vendors or their subcontractors. The liability and any financial penalties for such events will be governed by the terms of service and agreements between Stylefie, Inc. and the respective cloud vendor. We do not assume any liability on behalf of our cloud vendors.
