The modular carpet is replaced with a rich, textured wood-look LVT flooring, interspersed with large, area rugs in earthy tones of moss green and ochre to define different zones. The stark grey walls are now a soft, warm beige, complemented by accent walls clad in textured wood paneling. The overhead fluorescent lighting is replaced by softer, layered illumination: sculptural pendant lights hang over conversational groupings, recessed spotlights highlight architectural features, and warm incandescent lamps cast a cozy glow from vintage-style floor and table lamps. Furniture is rearranged to foster interaction. Instead of rigid rows of seating, comfortable, low-slung sofas and armchairs in deep earth tones are arranged in intimate clusters around low-slung coffee tables made from reclaimed wood. A central, organically shaped steel-frame reception desk, reminiscent of mid-century modern design, serves as both a functional check-in point and an informal gathering spot. Flanking this are smaller, round tables with upholstered chairs perfect for impromptu meetings or quiet reflection. In place of the black display table, a cluster of modern, minimalist kiosks offer digital information and charging stations, seamlessly integrated into benches upholstered in a durable, yet soft natural fabric. The original windows are expanded to maximize the view of a gently rolling grassland landscape, now dotted with flowering spring trees. As the sunset progresses, the light shifts to deeper oranges and purples, casting long shadows and bathing the space in a magical, ethereal glow, making the interaction of the warm interior with the cooling exterior incredibly dynamic. The overall feeling is one of sophisticated comfort, a place where guests feel instantly at ease and inspired to connect.
